George Adams teaches in both Religious Studies and Philosophy at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA. . He has taught a wide range of courses in World Religions, Philosophy of Religion, Religious Experience, Mysticism, Ethics, and related areas. Dr. Adams is a graduate of Fordham University in New York City, where he acquired his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees under the renowned eco-theologian and Teilhard scholar, Thomas Berry, and theologian of Comparative Religions and Sanskrit scholar, Jose Pereira. He is the author of two books, has published numerous scholarly articles, is a regular book reviewer for Nova Religio, and has presented papers at professional conferences.
