Her most important work, however, is mothering four boys.

She is passionate about focusing her research on teaching children mindfulness with a strong emphasis on self-compassion, helping children and adolescents learn to live in a way that honours the deepest longings and aspirations of their heart. Fostering the development of mindfulness in the home as well as in schools seems of primary importance in creating a more peaceful future for us all.

She owns a successful holistic therapy business in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire (www.wheredragonsfly.net), working with therapists who excel in their fields of expertise, to offer therapies, workshops and courses to support people in becoming all that they are destined to be. She also promotes her mindfulness work through her personal website – www.heathergrace.co.uk. Her most important work, however, is mothering four amazing boys.
