Jane Bailey Bain

Jane Bailey Bain is an author, speaker and creative coach. She studied Psychology at Oxford University and Anthropology at the London School of Economics. After travelling extensively around the world, Jane trained as a systems consultant. She worked for several years on development projects in Asia and Africa, specializing in social issues. This involved planning and evaluating projects in terms of their practical impact on people's lives. During this time she became interested in stories and how people use them in everyday life. Jane's work provides a unique combination of psychological and anthropological approaches to the study of stories. She holds a PGCE and Certificate in Counselling Skills. Nowadays, Jane runs workshops in English and French on how to tell your own story.
Her books include ‘LifeWorks’ (2012), ‘StoryWorks’ (2015) and ‘SoulWorks’ (2018).

Jane’s work draws on profound insights from psychology, anthropology and spirituality. Her approach is rooted in story analysis, life trajectory and personal development.
