  • Asian Wellness Practitioner, international teacher, longtime dream worker, author and Qigong Grand Master, Christina Bjergo founded Qigong Dreaming and teaches Sacred Serpent Spiral Qigong, a Nature based movement meditation that promotes healing, harmony and intuitive wisdom through dreaming. Her book entitled The Tao of Tarot: “The Way” to Health, Happiness and Spiritual Illumination through Qigong Dreaming will be published in February 2010.

    Christina is a professionally registered Qigong instructor with Wu Dao Jing Shen International Qigong Society, USA National Qigong Association, and the Qigong Association of America. She is a member and presenter with the International Association for the Study of Dreams and has upcoming retreats and trainings on the qigong - dreaming - tarot -personal spiritual connection listed on her website at wildirisasianwellness.com. In addition to teaching she uses acupuncture, shiatsu massage, sound healing and dreaming techniques in private practice.

    The author holds Masters degrees in Oriental Medicine and Environmental Management and undergraduate degrees in Biology and International Affairs. Christina enjoys exploring the mind-body-earth connection and has traveled extensively to study the alchemical and spiritual practices of other cultures and the similarities underlying different spiritual traditions. Through the cultivation of mindfulness she believes we can all improve our health, deepen our enjoyment of life and enhance our personal relationship with Spirit whatever our faith.
