7 moments of profound insight into our own lives, which we can all reach, which will open us to new ways of seeing our problems and our potential.
With thousands of insights now flooding the marketplace of spiritual development how do we begin to decide where to start our 'spiritual journey?' What are the right methods? This little book strips away the illusions which surround the modern malaise we call stress. Then, in seven insights, it reminds us of the essence of all the different paths of spiritual wisdom. It succinctly describes what we need to realise in order to create authentic happiness and live with greater contentment. It finishes with the seven 'AHA!s', the eureka moments, the practice of any one of which will profoundly change your life in the most positive way. -
Mike George is a spiritual teacher, motivational speaker and retreat leader. In a unique blend of insight, wisdom and humour, Mike brings together the three key strands of the new millennium - emotional/spiritual intelligence - management/ leadership development - and continuous learning. He teaches, guides and facilitates personal and executive development within communities, companies and corporations worldwide.

Endorsements:
The 7 Aha’s of Highly Enlightened Souls tells us that change isn’t about doing it’s about being. It states that the only real way to change is to look within and make efforts in self-knowledge and self-understanding. These explorations will lead to true growth and happiness. Most importantly though, this book reminds us that when we fixate and try to push something away, we are giving that situation more power which does the opposite of what we actually intend.

Inspiring and full of revelations about how we tie ourselves up in old patterns of conditioning. The book rewards being read again and again for fresh insight.
This wonderful little nugget of inspiration is very well laid out and simple to grasp, and if that wasn't enough the author even gives us two wonderful starting places with exercises one is called detachment, the other meditation. Mike really reminded me how stress is not natural and does not have to be a constant part of my life. I would recommend this book to anyone who is starting to feel over run with stress and that is losing the pleasure of just being alive.
A special little book that offers seven moments of profound insight into our lives, which we can all reach, which will open us to new ways of seeing our problems and our potential.
A very profound, self empowering book. Each page bursting with wisdom and insight. One you will need to read and reread over and over again!
An excellent choice for those serious about turning their lives around from the nightmare of hyper-stressed living.
